Generally, I have to actually change something on the wifi side to get them to connect back up correctly again (change a setting and then apply those changes). Also generally, we cannot get into any remote clients (and haven't had someone on the ground) when it happens. I can't answer very accurately...

We are connecting CPE 5-20's and CPE 5-N's to Star-OS (V3 1.3.13) and am seeing a problem where, after a short (or sometimes long) time, most of the radios on the AP lowe to 6Mbps rx speed. Customers can't pass any traffic. Rebooting the AP doesn't seem to affect it (they all re-associate...

This seems to be happening at varying distances. Two days ago, for instance, our installer went through three brand new radios (2115s) before we found one that was outputting at an acceptable level. He was just over 5 miles away. We've seen where it happens at anywhere from less than 1 mile on up...
