I am having a slight bit of a time understanding your setup here. Your router should be your DHCP server - no other DHCP turned on anywhere. Turn OFF DHCP on the 2115's as it sounds to me as if you have the AP's handing out ip's. Set your router IP to 192.168.0.254. DHCP most likely dishes...
