    Can CPE-2 be flashed with ap2i firmware?

    Hi.

     Can the new CPE-2 be flashed with the ap2i firmware, the way the CPE-2-12 and CPE-2-15 could?

    Is there any way in the ap2i firmware to switch between an external antenna and the internal one?

     Yes-you can

    As far as antenna selection, the CPE-2 flashed with 2i firmware will retain the antenna setting you had on the CPE if you don't reset to factory defaults.

    You can switch between Antenna 1 (built-in) and Antenna 2 (external) in  Configuration>Expert>Section: Radio.
