TX hangup errors are usually due to one of two things, tons of noise (packet loss causing buffer backup), or a power issue.
This time of year the leaves have dropped and the air is cool and dry, which means you typically see an increase in noise. You can look for this in the usual manner, via packet loss, throughput loss, and moving channels.
As for a power issue, it may be a PoE brick going bad. Or I have seen in some cases where the extreme cold can cause exterior cat5 cabling to undergo a change that causes the unit to pull more power, and if the run is long you would need to increase the size of the power supply. I will see if I can dig up the topics from winter a couple of years ago that explain this.
