Not able to see DLB-2500 radios with locator utility

i have several radios that i can not log into or even view with the locator utility.  Any ideas on what could be causing this.  The radios do have a ethernet link to the computer and the LED's do light up.

What LED's do you see that are lit?

When you run the discovery tool you need a static IP set on your ethernet interface, although it does not have to be in the same subnet as the radio IP addresses.  Also make sure you only have one active ethernet interface running at the time (i.e. turn off wireless card if you are on a laptop).

Could be a scenario where a reflash would fix it.  Send me an email to support@deliberant.com and I will send the files and instructions needed to reflash it.
