We have these 2300s that have the same problems. This happened at different sites and at different times. As Clients,the radios cant see anything on site survey. Even when reset and reconfigured, severally. However if they are changed to APs, they can be seen by other radios. As APs they still dont see anything on site survey. So its looking as if something is wrong at the recieve end.

The affected units are all 2300s and not other models. Kindly help in fixing or resolving this.
